If you're currently under contract and closing on or after June 30, and you have a locked rate with another lender, send us your locked Loan Estimate (LE). We'll review their terms, fees, and rate ; and offer Better Terms. If we can't, lunch is on us.*
Program 02: The SD Capital Funding Rate Alert System
Built for current homeowners: a free savings check-up.
If you already own your home and have a mortgage, pull up your most recent Mortgage Statement or Closing Disclosure (CD) and send it over. We'll run a comprehensive, no-obligation analysis. If we can offer Better Terms by beating your rate and/or lowering your monthly payment, we'll handle the rest. If your terms are already best-in-market, we'll tell you honestly ; and monitor your rate for free.
